Online Programing
Access a fully customized online training program complete with instructional videos demonstrating proper form and technique. Benefit from ongoing support, regular check-ins, accountability, and personalized nutrition guidance to keep you progressing with confidence
Group Classes
Bootcamp is a full-body circuit training session that combines cardio and strength exercises for a complete workout. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, it’s designed to improve overall fitness in a supportive, high-energy group environment — held outdoors, rain or shine.
Stair Workout is a full-body circuit featuring three focused stations: stairs, arms, and abs. This class blends cardiovascular and strength training to build endurance and tone muscle effectively. Please note, sessions are weather dependent.
Body Work
Body Work sessions are preventative and recovery focused, combining gentle massage techniques and guided stretching to release tight muscles and address specific areas of discomfort. This service is designed to enhance flexibility, circulation, and recovery.
Women in Motion
Women in Motion provides in-depth education on hormone health, menstrual cycle tracking, and performance-based training strategies built for women. Learn how to optimize strength, recovery, and injury prevention by working with your body’s natural rhythms. This methodology is included in each client package.
