SERVICES
Personal Training
Get a personalized training program tailored to your needs and goals, incorporating mobility, strength, and HIIT training. In addition, you will have access to a personalized workout program online with videos showcasing correct form and technique. You will also have nutritional guidance.
Classes
Bootcamp is a circuit training that is full body and consists of cardio and strength trainings for all ages and all fitness levels.
Stair Workout, a circuit training that is full body and consists of 3 stations. 1 for Stairs, 2 for Arms, 3 for Abs.
Online Training
Access a customized workout program online that includes videos showcasing correct form and technique. Benefit from round-the-clock support, personalized check-ins, accountability, and nutritional guidance.
Additionally, there’s an option for Zoom personal training sessions if you choose.
