Classes Offered
Bootcamps are high-intensity workouts designed to engage your entire body. This training blends strength and agility exercises. Multiple stations are set up, each equipped with different types of equipment. All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications are available.
Stair Workouts are designed in a circuit format, incorporating not only stair climbing drills, but also two additional stations focused on arms and abs. This approach not only breaks up the intensity of cardio, but also provides a full-body workout.
